Davis LLP Chosen as Counsel in Litigation

March 9, 2012, Vancouver, BC: Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TFE”-Frankfurt) (“TEUTF”—OTC BB) has chosen Davis LLP to represent the Company in its ongoing litigation with American Creek Resources concerning the Treaty Creek property, located north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia.

Ross Clark, Q.C., a senior partner at Davis LLP, will be lead counsel. Mr. Clark specializes in complex litigation. Davis LLP is the only law firm based in western Canada to establish a national presence with offices in each of Canada’s major business centres and the North.
