Drill Results From Fiji and Konkin Silver Properties

Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”:TSX–V; “TFE”-Frankfurt) and Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (“Silver Grail”) (“SVG”–TSX-V; “KD7”-Frankurt) are pleased to announce geochemical and assay results from 2007 drilling on the Fiji and Konkin Silver properties, situated east of the deepwater port of Stewart, British Columbia. Both properties are jointly owned by Silver Grail and Teuton.

Fiji Drilling

Seven holes totaling 4,200 feet were completed on the Fiji property during the 2007 field season. These holes tested one of two surface zones from which 2006 sampling had indicated highly anomalous gold values. All holes intersected alternating sequences of granodiorite and argillite, and certain of these contained sections with sphalerite veinlets, some of which ran gold values. Significant results are as follows:

Fiji Drill Results

Hole From (feet) To (feet) Interval (feet) Zinc (%) Silver (g/t) Gold (g/t)
TF2007-1 48.0 58.0 10.0 3.36 15.6 1.99
278.0 283.0 5.0 0.04 3.20 1.12
TF2007-4 18.0 24.67 6.67 0.31 7.35 3.22
238.0 253.0 15.0 0.29 5.70 0.47
TF2007-7 298.0 308.0 10.0 0.57 101.0

Due to time considerations the second showing was not tested during the 2007 field season.

Konkin Silver Drilling

The 2007 drill program was designed to test the King Konk showing at shallow depth and the major, Konkin Silver showing at depths of up to 650-750 feet. Four holes totaling 3,329 feet were completed. The King Konk was successfully intersected in 3 of the 4 holes but none of the holes encountered the Konkin Silver showing.

Significant assay results follow:

Significant assay results follow:

Hole From (feet) To (feet) Interval (feet) Lead (%) Zinc (%) Silver (g/t)
KS2007-1 7.0 27.0 20.0 0.14 0.28 138.8
…including 10.33 20.33 10.0 0.19 0.43 212.3
KS2007-2 12.0 17.0 5.0 0.55 0.88 820.0
KS2007-3 12.0 22.0 10.0 0.12 0.36 142.4

These results are consistent with surface trenching results from the King Konk which have varied from 4.0 metres grading 144.3 g/t silver to 1.7 metres grading 925.6 g/t silver By way of comparison, previous trench results from the larger Konkin Silver showing have varied from 4.5 metres grading 86.7 g/t silver to 9.0 metres grading 1,197.7 g/t silver. True widths for the holes are not known.

Pioneer Laboratories of Richmond, British Columbia, an accredited facility, performed all of the analyses. A quality control/quality assurance protocol was used in this program including blanks and reference standards. D. Cremonese, P.Eng. is the Qualified Person for Silver Grail and Teuton.
