Drilling Begins on Konkin Silver Property

Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”:TSX–V; “TFE”-Frankfurt) and Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (“Silver Grail”) (“SVG”–TSX-V; “KD7”-Frankurt) are pleased to announce that pad construction is complete and drilling has begun at their jointly-owned Konkin Silver property, located 25 kilometers east of the deepwater port of Stewart, British Columbia.

The first holes of the program will test the King Konk structure at shallow depth and the primary, Konkin Silver structure at projected depths greater than 550-650 feet downhole. Previous sampling of the King Konk returned trench intervals ranging from 13.1 feet of 4.21 oz/ton silver to 5.7 feet of 27.00 oz/ton silver. Sampling of the main Konkin Silver structure, which outcrops on surface in the shape of a bow with a maximum width of 33 feet, returned trench or chipline intervals ranging from 14.8 feet of 2.53 oz/ton silver to 29.5 feet of 34.94 oz/ton silver.

The drilling will attempt to test the theory that the various surface showings may represent fingers and/or tails of replacement material from a much larger source at depth, similar to the style of mineralization at the formerly producing Torbrit Silver mine to the south.

D. Cremonese, P.Eng. is the Qualified Person for both Silver Grail and Teuton in regard to technical information contained in this press release.
