Tennyson Hole Cuts 19.8m of 2.0 g/t Gold

Teuton Resources Corp.(“Teuton”) (“TUO”) is pleased to announce that it has received assay results for the recently completed diamond drilling program on its Tennyson claims, situated 48km northwest of Stewart, British Columbia.

Two holes totalling 304.8m each were drilled to test a zone discovered earlier this summer by prospecting. Samples taken from the zone returned between 1 and 2 g/t gold.

The first of the holes encountered weakly to moderately anomalous gold over wide intervals. The second hole cut a 61.0m interval from 96.9m to 157.9m grading 0.90 g/t gold. Within this, a higher grade interval of 19.8m from 136.6m to 156.4m ran 2.0g/t gold.

D. Cremonese, P.Eng., President of Teuton Resources stated: “We are very encouraged by this new discovery. Given the current high price of gold and the fact that the Tennyson lies only 6km from a mining road, the grades encountered during the current drilling could potentially be economic. However, much more work will be necessary to prove this. Further drilling in 2010 will be required to elucidate controls for the mineralization and the size of the zone.”

Assays were performed by Pioneer Laboratories of Richmond, BC. A quality control program consisting of blanks, duplicates and standards was instituted. For the purposes of this news release, D. Cremonese, P.Eng. is the Qualified Person.
