Dino Cremonese, P. Eng., LL.B. Director of the Company since 1981, President since 1986. Currently also CEO. Dino graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 1972 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1979. He has devoted 27 years of his life to exploration of the prolific Stewart-Eskay Creek region of northwest British Columbia, Canada.

Robert G. Smiley, LL.B. Director of the Company since 1986. Currently CFO. Mr. Smiley graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.A. in 1969 and an L.L.B. in 1973. He practiced law as Senior Attorney, Land Department at Chevron Standard Limited and later in private practice both in Alberta and British Columbia. He has been a self employed business consultant since 1997 and is a director and officer of several other public companies.

Michael Ginn Director since 2008. In the 80’s was a Director and part-owner of Distacom Communications which was sold to a National company. Distacom also joint ventured with HK partners to form Hutchinson Telecom (one of Asia’s largest telecom company). He has been providing consulting services for companies in China for 20 years.
