Current programs

Following is a summary of programs-in-progress along with anticipated start dates for upcoming summer 2007 programs on Teuton’s Stewart-Eskay Creek region properties*:

Treaty Creek

A major, 5,000+ meters drilling program is under way on Teuton’s large Treaty Creek property, adjoining north-northeast of the emerging 20 million oz. gold, Sulphurets camp of Seabridge Gold and Silver Standard. Drilling on the Eureka zone is complete, and two drills are currently testing targets in the Copper Belle and GR2 zones. Drilling of the ND zone is imminent. The Copper Belle and ND zones are two new discoveries, exposed in 2007 due to meltback of the Treaty Glacier. The former zone features several sub-parallel stock works of massive to semi-massive pyrite accompanied by chalcopyrite, galena and tetrahedrite, the latter chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite in a 5m wide quartz vein. American Creek is the operator and is providing funding pursuant to the terms of a $5 million option agreement with Teuton.

Fiji

In August, Teuton and related company Silver Grail mobilized a drill to the Fiji property, adjoining due west of the exciting Homestake Ridge gold discovery of Bravo Ventures. Bravo has indicated it will carry out a 9,000 meter, multi-rig drill program in an attempt to expand a recently announced inferred resource containing 900,000 ounces of gold. Teuton and Silver Grail are currently on the 4th hole of the Fiji program, testing two separate high-grade gold showings discovered by grass roots prospecting in 2006.

Orion

In late August, Teuton began drilling on its wholly-owned Orion property located west of the Frank Mackie Glacier. This prospect covers an Eskay-type target featuring gold-rich arsenopyrite veinlets hosted within a glassy rhyolite. It has never been drilled before and is considered to be an outstanding “wildcat”.

Konkin Silver

In September, Teuton and related company Silver Grail are scheduled to drill the Konkin Silver property, continuing a 2006 program which was interrupted by the onset of winter conditions. Targets include several high-grade silver showings, an intense geophysical anomaly and the possible southern extension of mineralization now being drilled on the Midas property.

Leduc Silver

Bell Resources was expected to return to the Granduc area for a major 2007 drill program aimed at defining and expanding the 4km long Besshi copper-sulfide system traversing its core Granduc holdings north onto Teuton’s adjoining Leduc Silver property. Very recently, Bell announced it was taking part in a complex, three company amalgamation, concurrent with major financing. It now seems likely that until this amalgamation and financing is complete, further work on the Granduc project will be held in abeyance. Results Pending…

Drilling of the Midas property (adjoining south of the Del Norte property) by optionee Sabina Silver is now complete and assays are awaited. This program targeted extensions of bulk tonnage type gold mineralization discovered by drilling in 2006.

*Note: Estimated start-up dates, size and scope of programs are all subject to change contingent upon a variety of conditions, including but not limited to: weather, drill and personnel availability, government approvals, successful completion of financing (both as regards the Company and its optionees, and general stock and metal market conditions.
