Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TFE”-Frankfurt) announces that it has received drilling results from the Harry property, located just below the Granduc mining road and 26km north of Stewart, BC. Four holes were drilled of which two returned significant results as follows:
Drill Hole | From (metres) | To (metres) | Interval(metres) | Gold (g/t) |
H-10-02 | 50.90 | 60.05 | 9.15 | 0.72 |
H-10-03 | 44.20 | 166.73 | 122.53 | 0.34 |
The holes were collared from the same set-up, located about 5m south of an old shaft, and were drilled in four different directions to test a gossanous bluff. The second hole had to be terminated shortly after the anomalous interval recorded above, when it encountered large voids believed to be part of underground workings related to the shaft.
More follow-up drilling is scheduled for next year.
Clone bulk sample results
All of the assays for the 34 samples taken from the one-ton lots comprising the 2010 Clone bulk sample have been received and returned an average grade of 68.65 g/t gold. A much larger bulk sample is planned for the 2011 season.
Assays for the Harry and Clone programs were performed by Pioneer Labs of Richmond, BC. Standard quality control practices, including the taking of reference, blank and duplicate samples, were carried out during the Harry program. Dino Cremonese, P.Eng., is the qualified person for the purposes of this news release.
