Drilling Begins at Del Norte Property

Teuton Resources Corp. (“TUO”) (“Teuton”) and Lateegra Resources Corp. (“LEG”) are pleased to announce that drilling has commenced on the Del Norte property. The contractor is Aggressive Diamond Drilling of Kelowna, BC.

The 2004 drill program will initially focus on filling in and extending to depth the silvergold intercepts obtained along the LG vein during 2003. A second phase of drilling will attempt to follow the mineralization to the south in the direction of the K (“Kosciuszko”) zone, and to the north in the direction of the LG Vein Extension. Also to be tested is a strong, silver-gold anomaly in soils some 4,000 feet further south of the K zone. This anomaly lies along the volcanic-sediment contact, the same horizon associated with the K zone and LG vein mineralization.

All three holes drilled into the K zone in 2002 intersected mineralization with true widths ranging from 26 to 32.8 feet, and grades varying from 5.22 to 8.09 oz/ton silver and from 0.104 to 0.223 oz/ton gold. Average gold equivalent grade at the current gold-silver ratio of 60:1 equates to 0.259 oz/ton.

Drilling in 2003 along the northern half of the 1,600 ft exposure of the LG vein, which varies from 3.3 to 6.6 feet wide on surface, encountered significant silver and gold values in 7 of 9 holes. The deepest intersection to date is in Hole DN03-07: an intercept from 475.7 to 480.6 ft (4.9 ft) graded 39.26 oz/ton silver and 0.337 gold, or 0.991 oz/ton gold equivalent. Petrographic work on LG vein material over the winter has confirmed it is mesothermal in nature. Mesothermal veins have been known to extend to depths greater than 6,000 feet.

Surface programs including prospecting, mapping, trenching and geophysical surveys will be carried out over several additional targets discovered in 2002- 2003. The most promising of these will also be tested by drilling. One of the main targets is the Horatio zone, wherein preliminary sampling of both heavily mineralized float boulders and outcrop returned high grades in gold up to 3.457 oz/ton associated with sphalerite, galena and pyrite.

Alex Walus, P. Geol., the Qualified Person in charge of the 2002-2003 programs, will also supervise the 2004 work
