Hole #1 Cuts 11.58 Metres of 5.98 g/t Gold at Clone Property

Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”) and Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (“SVG”) are pleased to announce that results have been received for the first two holes of the 2010 program on the Clone property, located southeast of Stewart, BC. These holes were drilled at the southeastern end of the high-grade zone in the H-1 structure and were drilled at shallow angles in order to guide the bulk sampling program. Results follow:

Drill Hole Interval (metres) Length (metres) Gold (g/t)
CL10-01 17.37 to 28.96 11.58 5.98
Incl. 21.34 to 21.67 0.34 105.10
CL10-02 22.40 to 24.17 1.77 11.36

The mineralized zone exhibits distinctive signs of hydrothermal brecciation, with gold occurring as fine disseminations localized within intensely chloritized, highly silicified semi-massive to massive hematite-specularite.

The QA/QC protocol system employed during the 2010 exploration program included procedures for monitoring the chain-of-custody of samples and the insertion of blanks and reference standard samples in every batch of samples. Pioneer Laboratories of Richmond, BC., an accredited facility, performed the analyses.
