Private Placement Oversubscribed, Increased Due to Demand

June 28, 2012,  Vancouver, BC:  Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) (“TFE”-Frankfurt) (“TEUTF”—OTC BB)  is pleased to announce that the private placement announced June 12, 2012  is oversubscribed.  Accordingly, management has agreed to increase the placement from $576,000 to $960,000.  It will now comprise up to 3,000,000 units at $0.32 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company plus one warrant entitling the subscriber to purchase a common share at $0.35 for a two year period.

Funds will be used to further exploration of its many properties in the Stewart region, to pay for litigation, and for general corporate purposes.

The private placement is subject to approval from the regulatory authorities.
